Entire yard is completely landscaped. We just installed a brand-new white vinyl fence. (Warranty is transferrable!) Features include some beautiful drought-resistant plants and landscaping rocks. Park strip is filled with bark and drought-resistant plants for easy maintenance. Backyard has an extended patio, large sandbox, garden box full of strawberries and a great grassy area for playing football or entertaining.
